Yogis,

Let's gather for a heart-felt outdoor yoga practice to give much-needed financial and spiritual support to those who have lost their homes and had their lives altered dramatically in Fort Simpson and Jean Marie River.

The practice will start with drumming and prayer from David Arbeau, local Cree community member. This will be followed by an awesome water, sky and land flow led by Bronwyn, Tyler and Cora.

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear your mask until we do the practice. We will have a few spare mats available.

If the weather is not conducive we will hold the class in the studio.

Donation: $20 - $50 (or as much as you can give). If you can't make it to the class, your donations are still welcome!

COVID restrictions means we have a maximum of 50 people at this event, so we would appreciate it if you can book in advance so we know if we have reached our limit.
