Pranaflow

Prana Flow is a vinyasa style practice based on the teachings of Shiva Rea and anchored in the Krishnamacharya lineage of yoga.

At its core, Prana Flow is about connecting to the internal flow of energy and being embodied as we cultivate moving meditation. Built around 40 variations of namaskars, the practice is intended to help connect us more easily to the intelligent energy within and to let the prana guide the practice.
