Pilates 2.0 style class that is a combination of Pilates, Barre, Dance and Yoga!

Whether it be your abs, glutes, arms or legs, the incorporation of small range movements, bodyweight and isometric exercises of this class will emphasize the building of long, lean muscles, increasing intrinsic strength and correcting muscle imbalances, increasing range of motion and improving posture, muscle elasticity and joint stability.

One of the main goals of this class is to strengthen the intrinsic musculature – or deep muscles. The intrinsic muscles are the muscles that are closest to the bone, and are therefore key in supporting the structure of the body. Targeting the ‘core’ of each muscle. This is what keeps you from bulking up, and trains your muscles in a long, lengthened (and lifted!) way.

You are also recruiting your deepest core muscles (transverse abdominals) along with your pelvic floor muscles to help stabilize your entire body — making it a true total-body workout.

Inclusion of weightless/lightweight arm exercises.
