Power Flow

Power is a practice where we move with breath through smoothly, connected poses. It’s an opportunity to get lost in the sequence and move through them in a mediative way. It’s a workout for your body and mind where you tap into your inner child to play and move into places you may have not thought possible. There are many options along the way with varying degrees of difficulty.

During this class, you will flow through a series of asanas (postures) that strengthen, open, balance and expand your mind, body and soul. On your yoga mat, find rejuvenation, motivation and internal power.
