Virtual Clients

1. Download ‘Acuity Scheduling Client’ Application

2. Open up the application, and click the plus sign in the top right

3. Type ‘taigayoga.as.me’ into the url field and click add business

4. If you've already created an account as shown in the next section, you can log in.

Now you can choose which class you would like to book

Creating an Account

Please note, this cannot be done until after you’ve booked at least one appointment. It will allow you to create an account at the end of booking an appointment OR you need the link from the confirmation email to create an account.

Booking & Joining a Virtual Class

** Please note, you will need to have Google Meet downloaded on your device

1. From the website or app, go to the "Virtual" category and choose the class you want

2. Tap the day and time you want, and click 'Select and Continue'

3. Enter your info, then scroll down and accept the terms

4. If you are redeeming a pass, select 'Redeem Coupon' and fill it in. Click 'Pay Now'

5. Enter your payment info, and click 'Pay Now'.

6. To join the class, find your confirmation email and click the google meet link. If it asks for permission to open the app, click "Open"
