In this class you can expect a lighter yoga practice, although still plenty of challenge. It offers a calm pace of smooth, flow sequences and held poses to reset body and mind. Guided breathing throughout will encourage a greater sense of grounding and peace to take into the rest of your day.

Yin Yoga
Level 0-1: Beginner
Passive practice involving long-held poses to target deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, fostering meditation and flexibility.
Please note: Yin Yoga is NOT a restorative practice. If you are targeting damaged tissues, please allow yourself time to recover before resuming regular practice.
