Join Stephanie for a four-week Candlelit Yin series. Take this opportunity to slow down in the middle of your week. Step outside of your busy schedule for 90 minutes of peaceful long held postures that will nourish your joints, connective tissue, mind and spirit.
Each class will be a different sequence of poses to stimulate a new meridian line and will finish off with 15 minutes of yoga nidra (yogic sleep). This soothing series will give you a deeper understanding of yin yoga and will help you prepare for a blissful nights sleep.
Please dress comfortably and come prepared with lots of layers. Pyjamas welcome :)
