Join Natasha McCagg for an introduction to the basics of yoga. Over six classes, you will break down common postures and yoga sequences, and help you figure out the best style of yoga for you and how to modify your practice to suit your body. Even if you already go to yoga classes, this is an excellent way to make your practice safer and more enjoyable.
