If you’ve been practicing meditation for a while now, you may be very familiar with the challenge it brings surrounding patience, self-compassion and earnest attempts to stay with it.
It’s often healthy to break up our routines with a new experience.
If you are familiar with meditation and engage in a regular practice, be it solo or in a group, you are invited to come and experience our friendly, safe space here at Taiga for a 2 part Guided Meditation Series.
Each class will flow seamlessly between various styles of meditation. There will be a soft, gentle voice to guide you. At other times, we will engage in silence. Aural meditation will be explored, exposing you to different long-lasting sounds to enable focus on the present moment.
Walking meditation will allow for movement between seated or kneeling positions.
Chairs available upon request.
