YOGA FUNDAMENTALS: FOR THE BEGINNER & THE CURIOUS - 4 Weeks Series

This series is suitable for beginners as well as those who have some experience with yoga but would like to spend some time exploring the basics. These classes will give participants a chance to understand the different poses most often encountered in yoga classes and how to execute them appropriately for their body. The series will cover how to do the poses as well as how to modify them as needed and will also cover other topics such as breath techniques, class etiquette, how to use the props and the difference between styles of yoga. Bring all the questions you want answered.
