Fresh Start – Spring Breathe and Stretch Yoga  Revive your energy, re-engage your dormant yoga practice or awaken a new yoga practice in this two-week yoga offering.  This gentle, hatha yoga class needs no prior yoga experience. The class is gentle and safe for beginners, those recovering from injuries or illnesses and anyone feeling the effects of stress. One class each week will offer yoga nidra as part of the class. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that is effective for slowing down and entering deep relaxation.
