Thai Yin is a traditional Yin Yoga class where we will be holding poses for 5-10 minutes. The intention of Yin Yoga is to target the deep connective tissues around our joints and allow the body to open up as well as creating more blood & energy flow through the tissues.
In Thai Yin, Courtney will be circulating throughout the room, stopping at each student to give a Thai Massage adjustment. The adjustments include a combination of acupressure, localized stretches & compressions and various full body movements bringing you out of the pose and back into it, allowing for more space and mobility.
