Prenatal Yoga is open to women at all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience.
In this four-part workshop, women will gently stretch and strengthen their bodies to help make room for baby during pregnancy and prepare mind and body for conscious childbirth.
Classes provide an opportunity for women to connect with their changing bodies and growing babies, honouring the transformative process of pregnancy and building awareness and confidence for giving birth. The 75-minute classes involve gentle flow yoga with modifications for all stages of pregnancy.
There will be time at the end of class for tea, journalling about a different topic each week and chatting with the group.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal or notebook.
