3-PART SERIES WITH LINDA KALBUN

In this introductory three-part series, Linda Kalbun will guide you through gentle postures, perfect for anyone curious to try yoga for the first time.

No experience is necessary for these very inclusive classes! Come as you are and let Linda accompany you through postures that will benefit your body and mind, without the added stress of stepping too far out of your comfort zone. If you are struggling mentally or if you are living with injuries, and wish to see if yoga could be of support, this series might be a good starting point.

As a delicious bonus, Linda will reserve 30 minutes at the end of each class to guide you through a Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep, a state in which your body is completely relaxed, while you remain somewhat aware of your surroundings. You'll leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
