Trying to stay in the present moment is one of the most challenging things to do when all of our life, we have continually allowed our minds to bounce between past and future thoughts.
If we can commit to a regular practice and learn effective tools to stay on course, we can benefit greatly
from meditation both mentally and physically.
If you have taken the beginner meditation workshop and/or are familiar with meditating, please accompany Dawn (Collins), a certified Meditation Teacher, in this 4 week summer-series as she guides you into a relaxed, calm state mid-way through your work day.
If you are new to meditation, please register for the 2-part Beginner Meditation Workshop on June 25 and 27.
