Barre is a vibrant exercise programme combining weights, balls and bands to target, strengthen and tone your whole body. Whether it be your abs, glutes, arms or legs, the isometric exercises of Barre will build and tone your muscles while maintaining and improving flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
