Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:10-12:50pm
January 16 to February 22 

In this series, Dawn Collins will guide you
through meditations, breath work and relaxation.
You will also learn pertinent meditation facts as well as
self-guided meditation techniques to strengthen your
own practice.

This is for anyone familiar with meditation. If you are new to meditation, please complete the Beginner Meditation Workshop taking place the weekend before the series (January 13 and 14).
