Join Dawn Collins in this 8 week Meditation series that combines guided and self-meditations, relaxation, theory and a forum for learning and discussion. The purpose of meditation is to decrease the number of thoughts in order to reduce tension and stress. The effects on the body and brain are numerous. Many people report increased relaxation, pain reduction, immunity to illness and physical healing.
Dawn Collins is a certified Meditation Teacher in Association with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She took her training with JAI Holistic Wellness and Education Centre, in conjunction with NATURALITY teachings.
