Morning Series with ANNE-MARIE GUÉDON
MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS 7:00 - 7:45 AM OCT 10 - NOV 2
Following a 'peak pose' format, this morning series will focus on flexibility. Over the course of 4 weeks, students will have the opportunity to gradually build the knowledge and space in the body to safely attempt Full Splits, King Pigeon, Wheel and its variations, and Compass Pose. Working towards the goal of the peak pose will give direction to the practices, but students are welcome to enjoy the practice for the benefits in strength and flexibility without attempting the peak pose if they so choose. Some experience with yoga will help, but intensity will be low to moderate. Curious beginners are welcome. NOTE: The series starts on a Tuesday because Monday the 9th is.a holiday and the studio will be closed.
