Over four weeks, Anne-Marie will guide you into four challenging arm balancing postures: Crow Pose (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), and One-legged Koundinya's pose (Eka Pada Koundinyasana).

Anne-Marie will provide in-depth instruction and hands-on guidance to help you build the flexibility and strength necessary for these poses.
