Get a head start on your winter fitness by preparing your joints and muscles for winter activities.

Sessions will focus on exercises to increase range of motion and strengthen core. Yoga Tune Up® technique will be used to increase strength and mobility while exercises from other fitness modalities may be used to help build strong a core and increase flexibility. Targeted myofacial massage using yoga tune up balls will help address muscle tension and stiffness.

This is not a cardio class, but an opportunity to build overall strength in the body and particularly focusing in on the muscles that provide stability.

This 3-part Yang/Yin workshop will offer an uplifting, flow-inspired Yang practice - followed by a restorative, relaxing Yin practice.

Each workshop will start with active, strengthening standing poses during the Yang portion before transitioning to the Yin portion where you will focus on getting into the connective tissue to help you relax mentally and physically. A perfectly balanced practice.

Each week will have a different focus including hamstrings, hip openers and backbends.

All levels are welcome!
