Taiga is excited to offer this 2-part workshop with distinguished Yin and Mindfulness instructor and teacher trainer, Carly Forest. A mindfulness approach to yin yoga gives the student the tools needed to sit with mindful awareness in the deep stretches of the yin repertoire. In the second part, Carly takes us a step further to Brahmavihāra, a practice that cultivates kindness, compassion, joy and composure.


In this two-part workshop, Carly Forest skillfully blends Yin Yoga and mindfulness, yielding a fresh and deepened experience of these dynamic practices. Beginning with the foundations of mindfulness and building towards the Brahmavihāra, or heart cultivation practices, Carly generously shares the deep wisdom and virtues of these teachings and demonstrates how they can enrich and texture your daily life. Devoted to integration and embodiment, the workshops are experiential in nature and teachings are delivered through the practice of both Yin Yoga and meditation.
