A more movement-based Hatha style class. Emphasis will be on meditation through movement which will be facilitated through repeated sequences of simple flowing postures and freely expressed movements to encourage body focused meditative states. You will be encouraged to look inwardly and to move at your own pace within the framework of a structured set of classical yoga poses which flow seamlessly from one to another as in the Kripalu tradition of Hatha Yoga.
